SHOPLINK FULFILLMENT

Move a Vietnam-made product into U.S. fulfillment before the orders arrive.

A product is not market-ready when it leaves the factory. It needs a receiving plan, inventory location, order handoff and delivery process that matches the channels where customers will buy.

ShopLink's current fulfillment view connects production with 44 warehouse locations across the U.S., so the operational route can be planned as part of the launch instead of after it.

Plan fulfillment before production ships

Warehouse requirements, carton labels, inbound references and sales-channel rules can affect how inventory should leave Vietnam. Planning them late creates avoidable relabeling and receiving problems.

  • Confirm the destination and receiving requirements.
  • Prepare carton and SKU identification.
  • Align inbound timing with the launch plan.

Receive and store inventory

The fulfillment layer starts with accurate receiving and inventory visibility. Quantities should be reconciled before customer volume makes discrepancies harder to trace.

  • Record inbound quantities.
  • Separate sellable stock from exceptions.
  • Keep SKU mapping consistent with the sales channels.

Pick, pack and dispatch connected orders

When a customer order arrives, the warehouse needs the SKU, quantity and delivery information required to act. The operating flow should return fulfillment status rather than ending at handoff.

  • Use stable order and SKU identifiers.
  • Apply the approved packing requirement.
  • Track fulfillment exceptions as well as successes.

Model fulfillment in landed economics

Storage, handling and order fulfillment are part of product economics. A good factory quote can still create a weak retail offer if downstream costs are ignored.

  • Estimate inbound freight and receiving.
  • Include storage and pick-pack assumptions.
  • Leave room for returns and customer service.

FAQ

Questions before you start

How many U.S. warehouse locations are shown by ShopLink?

The current ShopLink fulfillment interface shows a 44-location U.S. network.

Which sales channels are shown in the integration layer?

The current Create page shows Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, WooCommerce, eBay and Walmart.

Should fulfillment be planned before production?

Yes. Inbound, packaging and channel requirements can affect how inventory should be labeled, packed and routed from the factory.

Is fulfillment cost the same as factory cost?

No. Manufacturing, freight, receiving, storage, fulfillment and channel fees should be modeled separately unless a quotation explicitly combines them.

Does ShopLink manufacture products in the U.S.?

No. Fulfillment is downstream of the selected manufacturing route; the product can be produced in Vietnam and then moved into the U.S. fulfillment flow.
