Mr.Host AI Agent Agreement

1. The simple model

Mr.Host is the agent core. You control it through chat.

When you buy a BOX, ShopLink AI activates a personalized work context for the selected tier and duration. That context can include your business information, goals, Working Contract, memory, task history and permissions for connected services.

A personal agent is not a separate foundation model trained from zero. It is a dedicated working context and workflow powered by the Mr.Host core.

2. Activation

1. Choose a BOX (Starter, Builder or Pro) and duration.

2. Pay the price shown at checkout.

3. After payment is confirmed, the BOX is attached to your account or verified identity.

4. Open Mr.Host and describe the business, goal and first task.

5. Mr.Host builds or updates the Working Contract and starts the workflow.

3. The Working Contract

The Working Contract is the agent's practical rulebook. It can define:

• the main goal;
• products, target markets and customers;
• channels to work with;
• tone of voice and language;
• tasks to do every day or every week;
• required output format;
• what the agent may do automatically;
• what always needs your approval;
• prohibited actions and limits.

You can change the Working Contract in chat. The latest confirmed instructions become the operating basis for future work.

4. How Mr.Host acts — three levels of authority

Every action Mr.Host takes falls into one of three levels. This section is the operative authorization: it defines what you are giving Mr.Host permission to do without asking first, and what it must always ask first.

A. Automatic — no approval needed. Mr.Host may do this on its own: research, analysis, drafting, comparing factories or prices, preparing a request for quotation (RFQ) as a draft, recommendations, and routine follow-up.

B. Approval required. Mr.Host must get your explicit confirmation in chat before: sending a final RFQ to a factory, ordering a sample, accepting a quotation, changing a live marketplace listing, or sending an invoice or order confirmation to a third party on your behalf.

C. Explicit financial authorization. Mr.Host will never do this without a separate, specific confirmation tied to an amount: committing to a production deposit, placing a bulk or production order, booking freight, spending from your GPay balance, or accepting any other binding financial commitment in your name.

Where the Working Contract sets a lower autonomy limit than this section (for example, requiring approval for actions listed under A), the Working Contract's stricter limit applies.

5. Action log

Actions Mr.Host takes under levels B and C are recorded with the action, the time, what triggered it and your approval, and are visible to you in the service. This log is both a working record and the evidence of what you authorized.

6. Integrations and permissions

An agent only receives the access that the user has connected and authorized. Connecting a service does not give unlimited permission.

The Working Contract and technical permissions work together. If a requested action is outside available permissions, Mr.Host should ask the user to connect the required service or perform the step manually.

7. Sourcing and factory coordination

Where a BOX includes sourcing, factory comparison or production coordination, Mr.Host acts under the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement, and the authority levels in Section 4 govern what it may negotiate on its own and what needs your sign-off before a factory relationship becomes a binding commitment.

8. Memory

Mr.Host may use the account and BOX context to remember relevant working information, such as products, customers, positioning, factory contacts, recurring tasks and approved rules. Users should not put secrets into chat unless they are necessary for the task and appropriate to share with the service.

9. What the agent can and cannot promise

The agent can perform supported work and maintain a structured process. It cannot guarantee sales, reach, leads, rankings, factory negotiations, buyer approvals, marketplace approvals or other business outcomes.

The user remains responsible for final business decisions and for checking high-impact output.

10. End of the paid period

When the paid BOX period ends, the entitlement to that BOX expires unless the user purchases a new term. The platform may retain account and task records according to the Privacy & Data Rights document, but expired access is not treated as an active paid agent. The BOX Order & Guarantee Terms document covers what happens if agreed work is not finished within the period.
