BOX Order & Guarantee Terms

1. Structure: Master Terms plus a BOX Order

Buying a BOX does not create a separate, negotiated contract from scratch. It works as one master agreement — the Terms of Service, the Mr.Host AI Agent Agreement, the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement where relevant, the Open Factory Policy, the Privacy & Data Rights document and the GPay & Payment Terms — plus a short BOX Order created at checkout for your specific purchase.

2. What a BOX Order records

Each BOX Order records:

• the BOX tier (Starter, Builder or Pro);
• the price and the 30-day term shown at checkout;
• the start date;
• the product, SKU or category and target market you told Mr.Host about;
• the scope of work for that tier;
• anything expressly excluded for that order;
• your approval limits under the Mr.Host AI Agent Agreement, if you set any beyond the defaults;
• expected deliverables;
• any third-party costs already agreed at checkout.

3. Scope by tier

The scope of each tier — what Starter, Builder and Pro respectively cover — is described on the BOX pricing page at the time of purchase and carried into your BOX Order. Scope may be refined with Mr.Host in chat through your Working Contract, within the tier you purchased; moving to a broader scope of work generally means purchasing the next tier or a new BOX.

4. What is not included by default

Production, samples, freight, customs, warehousing, advertising spend and marketplace fees are not included in the BOX price unless expressly stated in your BOX Order. These are real third-party and factory costs, billed separately as described in the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement and GPay & Payment Terms — the BOX price pays for ShopLink AI's own coordination, research, brand and platform work.

5. The guarantee

If the agreed scope of work cannot be completed within the 30-day BOX period because of a ShopLink AI system or service failure, the BOX service period is extended at no additional service fee until the agreed scope is completed.

This is a service-continuity guarantee, not a guarantee of business results, sales, or a specific factory or marketplace outcome — those are addressed in the Terms of Service and the Mr.Host AI Agent Agreement.

6. What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee in Section 5 does not apply where the delay is caused by:

• information the customer did not provide when reasonably requested;
• a sample or specification the customer did not approve in time;
• a factory's own production delay;
• a customs hold;
• a marketplace's rejection or review process;
• force majeure;
• the action or inaction of a third party outside ShopLink AI's control;
• an unpaid invoice for production, sample, freight or another third-party cost that the work depends on.

In these cases, the work continues on the affected item's own timeline once the blocking issue is resolved, rather than through an automatic period extension.

7. Renewal

There is no automatic renewal of a BOX by default. If you want to continue after your 30-day period, you purchase a new term. Your Working Contract, memory and factory or integration context carry forward where the same BOX tier is renewed without a gap.

8. Changing tier mid-project

You can move from Starter to Builder, or Builder to Pro, at any time by purchasing the higher tier; the new tier's price and scope apply from activation. Work already delivered under the earlier tier is not reversed or re-billed.

9. Relationship to refunds

Refunds, cancellations and payment failures are governed by the GPay & Payment Terms document, not by this guarantee.
