1. Who operates ShopLink AI

2. What ShopLink AI is

ShopLink AI is a technology-enabled business services platform built around Mr.Host, the agent core. Mr.Host is the main chat and control layer. Customers use it to research a product, compare Vietnam manufacturers, build a brand and reach international sales channels.

A BOX is a packaged 30-day work scope, offered in three tiers — Starter, Builder and Pro — each covering a different stage of taking a Vietnam product to the US and other international markets: product validation and factory comparison; brand identity, sampling and store setup; and export, marketplace launch and growth tracking. The current tiers, price and duration for each BOX are shown at checkout and in the BOX Order & Guarantee Terms.

3. What the customer receives

After a confirmed payment, the purchased BOX is activated for the selected period. The customer receives access to a personalized working context inside Mr.Host. The customer can describe the business, goals, rules, channels, schedule and desired outputs in chat.

Mr.Host then uses that context to prepare and, where supported and authorized, execute recurring work through connected tools and integrations, and — where the BOX covers sourcing or manufacturing — to coordinate with Vietnam factories under the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement.

4. What ShopLink AI is not

ShopLink AI does not create an employment relationship between the customer and an AI system. A personal agent is a software service powered by the Mr.Host core, not a human employee and not a separately trained foundation model for each customer.

ShopLink AI is not the manufacturer of the customer's product and, in the ordinary course of a BOX, does not buy or resell physical goods to the customer: it sources, coordinates and, where relevant, represents the customer with a factory or manufacturing partner under a separate mandate. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The customer remains responsible for business decisions, legal compliance and final approval of any action that requires human judgment.

5. Service documents

The customer-facing documents are:

1. Company & Service — who operates ShopLink AI and what the product is.

2. Terms of Service — the rules for using the platform, and the three ways ShopLink AI can act (service, representation, trading).

3. Mr.Host AI Agent Agreement — how BOX activation, Working Contracts, memory, permissions and AI decision authority work.

4. Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement — what Mr.Host may do with Vietnam factories on the customer's behalf, and what always needs the customer's approval.

5. Open Factory Policy — the factory transparency commitment: the customer sees the factory, the communication and the factory's own price.

6. BOX Order & Guarantee Terms — what a specific BOX includes and excludes, and the service-period guarantee.

7. Privacy & Data Rights — how account, chat, sourcing and integration data is handled.

8. GPay & Payment Terms — how pricing, activation, GPay and refunds work.

A specific BOX Order, invoice or written agreement may add commercial details for a particular purchase. Mandatory law prevails where it gives the customer rights that cannot be waived.
