Open Factory Policy

1. The commitment

When Mr.Host sources or coordinates production for you, ShopLink AI works on an open-book basis with the factory. This page states that commitment plainly, and it applies alongside the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement, which sets out the legal detail.

2. You know the factory

You are told the name and identifying details of the manufacturer Mr.Host is talking to on your behalf, not just "a factory in Vietnam."

3. You see the communication

Requests, quotations, factory responses and the stage of negotiation are visible to you, not summarized away. You can read what was actually asked and what was actually answered.

4. You see the factory price

You see the manufacturer's own quotation — the factory price — shown separately from ShopLink AI's own service fee for the BOX. ShopLink AI does not add an undisclosed margin to factory quotations.

This is a commitment about how the price is presented today, under the current Service and Representation model described in the Terms of Service. If ShopLink AI ever buys and resells goods itself under Trading mode, that is a different transaction with its own separately disclosed pricing — never presented as a factory's own quotation.

5. You can take over anytime

You can ask to take the factory relationship over directly at any point — get the manufacturer's contact details and the communication history, and continue without ShopLink AI. See Section 7 of the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement.

6. The ShopLink Factory Network

The ShopLink Factory Network is a working directory of manufacturers available for sourcing outreach and quotation requests through Mr.Host. Its size changes as manufacturers are added, verified or removed.

Inclusion in the Factory Network does not necessarily mean that the manufacturer is an exclusive or contracted ShopLink partner. It means the manufacturer is available to be contacted and quoted through the sourcing process described in the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement. Specific fulfillment or production partners that ShopLink AI works with under a direct partner agreement, such as its US fulfillment network, are identified as such where relevant.

7. What this policy does not cover

This policy describes how factory sourcing and pricing are presented to you. It does not cover manufacturing quality, delivery performance or a factory's own commercial terms, which remain the factory's responsibility — see Section 10 of the Sourcing & Factory Representation Agreement.
